JMC organizes Google Fact Checking Workshop
The dept. of JMC, JU organizes the Google fact checking workshop
for its students on June 16, 2020 via online mode. The Google certified trainer
Ms.Archana Kumari and Mr. Deepak Khajuria explained the politics of fake news
via their ppt. presentation.
They explained the difference between
misinformation and disinformation too. They provided basic training to participants
on how to verify the content, photos and videos viral on the social media. Ms.
Nikita Batra moderated the session and HoD Dr. Amit Sharma gave vote of thanks.
