Students got to know about TV Serial production process in Indoor and Outdoor setups
Jaipur. Students of B.A.(JMC) 1st and 2nd year from School of Journalism and Mass Communication had a visit to Zee Studio, Jaipur on Tuesday. This visit was planned by the outreach committee of School of Journalism and Mass Communication, which plans event, visits,and trips for student’s interest and for career enhancement.
There,Students got to know about TV production, fiction and nonfiction editing and sound
mixing. The General Manager Mr. Hygreev Karri of Zee studio acknowledged the students about the studio working and schedules. He indulged the students about the various aspects of TV production. The faculty of BA (JMC) and Zee Studio concerned persons had a conversation about student’s welfare and their future internship program.There,Students got to
see four different sets in which three were indoor and one was outdoor.These setups belong to some daily soaps of Zee TV and &TV. Among them, three setups were of daily soap “Hum Panch” and “Hum Panch FirSe”.While visiting the zee studio they visit the post-production rooms like editing room, sound mixing room, make-up room, PCR, etc.
The technical experts of the different stages interact with the students and acknowledged them for the importance of post-production. They also give a demo with Dolby sound system. Dolby is a sound system in which all distortion is separated.
Although, it was a very educational and learning visit for the students.They understand the various aspects of TV production and working of any established and renounced studio.
