Media Studio of JU is ready now

The studio is made in 2200 squires feet area and amount of 35 lakhs


Jaipur. Media Studio of JECRC University is now ready for daily practices. Now the students of Journalism and Mass Communication Department can make audio bulletins,Video programmes, Documentaries and other Media exercises.The studio is made of 2200 squires feet area and the cast is about 35 lakhs.
Faculty-in-charge of School of Journalism and Mass Communication Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh Bhati told that “Practice Journalism” is our vision. From his vision, THE MESSAGE daily newspaper and THE VOICE audio bulletin was started. Now Students will learn more in Media Studio. The Studio is divided into two parts, where one is for video and the other is for audio(radio). It was designed by Mr. Ramesh Jangid. The studio comprises of an anchor desk, PCR room, Makeup room and much more.The cameras and the recording equipment are some things currently used for the radio. The main objective behind this was to facilitate the students who want practical exposure. So for them, this is very important to work in a studio where they can record live things and can approach them.
Studio In-charge Mr. Amandeep told that a news bulletin was made out by 2nd-year students last week firstly, a lot of things are in progress here. Some of the equipment is yet to come but studio can be used form today. Architecture Ramesh Jangid shared his experience that the design of the studio is according to the requirement of the map. It consists of glass wool and fabric, the whole studio is soundproof.For making it soundproof we use glass wool in the partition,ply-board,and fabric.
The ceiling, floor,and fall ceiling are also soundproof. We completed the whole project in 3 to 4 months.
